A bit of background..
I graduated from the Art Center College of Design here in Los Angeles with a Degree in Industrial Design. I worked in that field in a consultant office for approximately 12 years.
I had very little experience or skill in the Fine Arts field, and had a strong desire to learn to draw the human figure. In approximately 1996, I started classes in Life Drawing at Otis College of Arts and Design with (fortunately) a wonderful instructor.. Chris Warner. After many semesters of Life Drawing at Otis with Chris Warner.. and many, many Life Drawing workshops at various studios in Los Angeles over the next 2 years, I met, at one of the workshops (again very fortunately for me), a wonderful artist and teacher of Oil Painting.
Cheryl Kline is that talented artist and exceptional teacher. I began classes with her very soon after that chance meeting and continue to take classes with Cheryl at her
"Kline Academy of Fine Art" in Los Angeles.
